The Learning Needs Interview
Use this video to demonstrate to managers and supervisors the extent of their responsibility for developing their people. This film shows them how to carry out an effective interview that will help the learner think about their overall objectives and what skills, attitudes and knowledge they need to achieve those objectives.

The Learning Plan Interview
A continuation of The Learning Needs Interview, this film captures the awkwardness and difficulties managers often encounter when discussing development plans with an employee. This video shows how to put together a realistic and achievable learning plan, using an understanding of the learner’s preferred learning style.

The Learning Review Interview
It’s not possible for someone else to learn on your behalf. So people have to take responsibility for their own development. This video helps to motivate and encourage them to do just that. It also reassures managers that it is not their sole responsibility to review progress.
