What you will find in this program is a refreshingly candid look at three leaders in action. You will also hear them talk about what they think is important when leading others, and you will hear those who work with and for them talk about the behaviours they exhibit that make them “great leaders”.
The “follow segments” and the interviews with the leaders and those who work with them are totally unscripted. The host purposefully guides the viewer through the six leadership traits and the behaviours that exemplify those traits as they appear in the segments. She points out what’s important to note and to think about. She challenges the viewer to discover how these behaviours might look on them.
Remember, watching this video program won’t make anyone a great leader. People need to think about and plan how to act. Then, using their own personal style, they can “try on” the behaviours and put them into daily practice in order to become great at leadership.
